Day 2 – Back & Biceps
Thankfully I got my workout done before 8am. That’s a win in my book! Now I have the rest of the day to be productive! YES!!
Today’s workout was circuit training – all weights! Two sets of four workouts back to back in three rounds. Then a burnout round and core round. I never knew planks would be soooooo hard to hold! My arms were shaking ridiculously! But (another 80 Day Obsession reference…sorry) in the words of Autumn, “YOU CAN DO ANYTHING FOR 60 SECONDS!” This one was only 30 seconds, but man it was hard.
My arms are sore, but they sure do feel good. Tomorrow is supposed to be a rest day. I’m debating on whether or not I should do a booty workout, or work my shoulders with day 3. Hmm, decisions decisions. I’ll let you know how I feel. Let’s leave it at that!
I’m going to go do some laundry and then make the big boy some spaghetti for lunch. I’m going to have myself a superfood smoothie – yum!!
Oh, I didn’t even mention the weather today! It’s absolutely beautiful. We had a rainy day yesterday and it brought in a gorgeous cold front. It’s 61 degrees this morning! Florida is finally starting to try to catch up with the rest of the country! I hope Thanksgiving is just as beautiful!
